            Terms of Use  
                Ccybernet.com accounts may only be used for lawful purposes. 
            Transmission of any material in violation of any federal or state 
            regulation is prohibited and will result in termination of services 
            provided by Ccybernet.com. Ccybernet.com does not own 
            or control many of the various facilities, telecommunications lines, 
            or computer resources to which it may provide access. Use of other 
            organizations' computing resources must comply with the policies of 
            that other organization. Reliance on or use of any information obtained 
            via Ccybernet.com is at your own risk, and Ccybernet.com specifically 
            denies any responsibility for accuracy or quality of information obtained 
            through it's network.
 2) Billing 
    Procedures & Account Management  
         You will be billed each term for services purchased 
    from Ccybernet.com. Those desiring to be invoiced will receive an invoice 
    in the mail. Those choosing to pay via credit card or direct bank account 
    withdrawal will have the required amount charged to their credit card or automatically 
    withdrawn from their account on approximately the same date each payment term. 
    Applicable charges will be made for any services ordered from Ccybernet.com. 
    Those who feel they have been inappropriately billed should immediately contact 
    Ccybernet.com. Ccybernet.com is not responsible for nor has any connection 
    to any long-distance charges incurred while using our services. Ccybernet.com 
    is neither responsible for nor has any liability for any long-distance charges 
    incurred by you while using our services. Any such long-distance charges are
  solely your responsibility to your long-distance carrier.
   
         A user may terminate services through Ccybernet.com 
    at any time in the term period, but no refunds will be offered for unused/lost 
    time, electronic mail, or any other service. Users may at time during a service 
    term purchase additional service from Ccybernet.com, including but not 
    limited to additional electronic mail account and additional internet server 
    space.
 3) PrivacyUser Information Confidentiality
   
        User information will be considered confidential 
    and will not be made available to marketing firms, any government agencies, 
    or other groups. User information may also be used to evaluate system performance 
    and usage (the gathering of normal operating system usage information). While 
    some of this information may be used to identify individual users, any records 
    concerning user activities will be kept confidential. In most cases, individual 
    user information will not be stored beyond the required time necessary to 
    compile general usage statistics
 Usage Monitoring
   
          
    Electronic mail, internet chat, internet 'surfing' are not monitored and can 
    be considered to be strictly private. Ccybernet.com does not regulate or monitor 
    it's users' internet usage except where that usage exceeds the terms set forth 
    by this agreement or to preserve the integrity of our network and associated 
    services. We do not exercise editorial control over the content of any web 
    site, electronic mail transmission, or any other material existing on or accessible 
    through our network. Users will not have access to read other users' electronic 
    mail, nor will files stored on a user's home directory on the FTP server be 
    publicly available unless the user chooses to make them so.
 Usernames & Passwords
   
          Upon signing up with Ccybernet.com each user chooses
  username(s) 
    and password(s) with which to identify the user to Ccybernet.com. Do not share 
    your password with others, as it will allow access to your account. You will 
    be responsible for any charges or damages incurred by you while using your 
    account.
   
          If account security is in any way compromised, please contact 
    Ccybernet.com with the nature of the compromise. Passwords may, at the discretion
  of Ccybernet.com, be changed free of charge. A change of user name will incur 
    a charge of ten dollars ($10.00) to the customer
 Privacy Disclaimer
   
          
    Be aware no computer security system, no matter how extensive or elaborate, 
    can absolutely guarantee that others will not be able to find a way to access 
    data or electronic mail which they are not authorized to access. Thus, while 
    Ccybernet.com will try to provide users with a secure electronic environment, 
    we cannon guarantee the absolute privacy or confidentiality of any specific 
    files on the system.
 4) Acceptable 
    Usage Policy  
         Ccybernet.com reserves the right to remove 
    any materials that, in our discretion, may be illegal, subject us to liability, 
    or which may violate this usage policy. Ccybernet.com may cooperate with legal 
    authorities and/or other parties in the investigation of any suspected or 
    alleged crime or civil wrong. Violation of this Usage Policy may result in 
    the suspension or termination of your access to services and/or your Ccybernet.com 
    account
  Violations of the Acceptable Usage Policy include but are 
    not exclusive to:
  
    
  
     
      | 1) | Maintaining a dialup connection using software of any type 
        while you are not actively using the connection. 'Unlimited access' does 
        not mean continuously connected. You are authorized to maintain a connection 
        while physically at the computer that is connected to the service. You 
        are not authorized to maintain a connection while away from your computer 
        or to use a program that will maintain a connection while you are away 
        from your computer. Usage is based upon 200 hours per maximum per calendar 
        month. Excess usage will be billed at double our standard monthly rate. 
        Inactive connections will be dropped after 20 minutes. |   
      | 2) | Using services to transmit any material or commit any act 
        that, intentional or unintentionally, violates any applicable local, state, 
        national, or international law. |   
      | 3) | Using services to harm, harass, threaten, or 
        impersonate any other person or user. |   
      | 4) | Using services to making fraudulent offers to sell or buy 
        products, items, or services or to advance any type of financial scam. |   
      | 5) | Using services to transmit any unsolicited commercial or 
        bulk e-mail, also called "Spam". The point at which e-mail is 
        considered "Spam" is determined by the system administrators. |   
      | 6) | Using services to access or attempt to access any account 
        not belonging to the user or to penetrate or attempt to penetrate security 
        measures of Ccybernet.com's or any other entity's computer software or 
        hardware, electronic communications system, or telecommunications system, 
        whether or not the intrusion results in the corruption or loss of data. |   
      | 7) | Copyright or trademark infringement. Using services to transmit 
        any material that infringes copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, 
        or other proprietary rights of any third part, including, but not
        limited 
        to, the unauthorized copying of copyrighted material, the digitization 
        and distribution of photographs from magazines, books, or other copyrighted 
        sources, and the unauthorized transmission of copyrighted software. |   
      | 8) | Using services to collect personal information about third 
        parties without their knowledge or consent. |   
      | 9) | Reselling services with Ccybernet.com's permission |   
      | 10) | Using services for any activity which adversely affects 
        the ability of other people or systems to use Ccybernet.com or network 
        equipment is prohibited. Users may not permit their network to be configured 
        in such a way that gives a third party the capability to use their network 
        in an illegal or inappropriate manner. |   
      | 11) | Static IP addresses are assigned to dial-up customers with 
        the understanding that the customer is not entitled to any additional privileges. Dial-up customers with static IP addresses are subject to 
        Subsection 1 of this Section 4 listed above. |   Reporting Acceptable Use Policy Violations  
           Ccybernet.com requests that anyone who believes 
      that there is a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy contact us by phone 
      or e-mail support@ccybernet.com. Please provide as much of the following 
      information as possible:
 - The IP address used to commit the alleged violation
 - The date and time of the alleged violation
 - Any evidence of the alleged violation
 - Any other information thought relevant to the violation
 5) Disclaimers  
           You are solely responsible for determining 
      if use of a particular technical support or dialup number will cause you 
      to incur long-distance, roll, or other charges. As previously addressed 
      in Section 2 above, Ccybernet.com is not responsible for any long-distance, 
      toll, or other telecommunication charges you incur. Ccybernet.com reserves 
      the right to change prices and institute new fees at any time upon 30 days 
      prior notice
 
 Ccybernet.com 
      reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this Service Agreement, Acceptable 
      Use Policy, and any other policies at any time and in any manner. Any revision, 
      amendment, or modification will be effective thirty (30) days after Ccybernet.com 
      posts notice of any such on its web site (http://www.Ccybernet.com).  |
